1. What is a ProtectGuard stone sealer?
   ProtectGuard® is the leading product for all-round protection for all porous building materials. This one product delivers water and oil repellent protection and anti-graffiti protection for porous building materials.
2. Why should I use a ProtectGuard stone sealer?
   ProtectGuard® helps tackle the deterioration caused by atmospheric pollution, grease-type staining, penetration of liquids and graffiti. A surface treated with ProtectGuard® will benefit from an increased life-span and will be easier to maintain. It is non film forming, has high UV resistance and is invisible on application.
3. What types of surface can be protected with Protectguard?
   ProtectGuard® may be used indoors or outside on walls, floors and roofing. It is designed to protect all porous building materials such as natural and synthetic stone, concrete, terracotta, cement, self-locking paving…
4. How do I apply a ProtectGuard stone sealer?
   • Clean the surface from any stains using appropriate cleaner and rinse thoroughly. Apply the product to a surface that is clean, dust-free, grease-free and dry. It is a good idea to carry out a preliminary on a small area. The producst should be used neat and taken out after thoroughly shaking the container. Treated surface should be impregnated to saturation point, either in one application or in two applications ‘wet-on-wet’.
5. How long does it take for Protectguard to be cured?
   • Drying times vary depending on factors such as temperature and humiditybut in general, Protectguard will be touch dry within a few hours. It’s best to avoid heavy use or exposure to moisture until the sealer has fully cured, which can take up to 24 hours.
