1. What is ImperGuard®?
   ImperGuard® (Plant Based) is a new generation product for the waterproofing of porous facades and roofs. A biosourced product derived from biomass, it has been formulated on the basis of ingredients of plant origin (soya, castor, soya).
2. What materials can ImperGuard® be used on?
   ImperGuard® is used outside on porous concrete, natural stone and limestone facades and roofs, plaster, brick, terracotta, cement, slate, etc.
3. What are the main benefits of ImperGuard®?
   Excellent water repellent performance.
   Effectiveness, with protection over 5 years.
   Prevents damage due to freezing and thawing.
   Colourless and UV Resistant, maintaining the original appearance of the material.
4. How is ImperGuard® environmentally friendly?
   Derived from renewable plant-based resources.
   Over 90% biodegradable.
   Non-hazardous water-based product without petroleum solvents.
   Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
5. How is ImperGuard® applied?
   The surface must be clean, dust-free, degreased, and dry before application.
   Apply the product in its pure state without dilution.
   Use a brush, roller, or low-pressure sprayer for application.
   Apply in a thin, homogeneous layer, and on very porous materials, apply two coats with a 15-minute interval.
   Allow 24 hours for protected drying time and optimum effectiveness after 7 days.
